1. Lead and supervise shift team of 5, ensuring unit operations (CDU, CRU and utilities) operated in accordance with SOP.2. Lead executive management in case of process deviation/upset followed by preliminary RCA.3. Lead and coordinate unit shutdown and start up activities.Accomplishment:1. Lead troubleshoots team and performs corrective action at de-salter which experiencing high ampere.2. Resolves furnace high tube skin temperature issue.
