Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements• Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.• Handle full set of accounts including month end closing, prepare journals entries and reconciliations• Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing of accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans• Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes

• Able to handle full set of accounts including month end closing, prepare journals entries and reconciliations.• Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing of accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis.• Able to handle accounts receivables and accounts payables operation• To issue credit note and debit note for TCG and convocation payment• To ensure receipt, Credit Note, Debit Note completely generated for every payment received from MARA, PTPTN etc.• To prepare barred list and update sponsorship status before exam• To generate invoices for registration (new and returning students) for every semester• To refund tuition fees prepared for final semester student, other refund such as hostel fee, quit, refund deposit for graduate student, refund to MARA and other sponsorship• To send reminder letter to student, make personal call to reduce student’s debts in order to reduce the debts• To liaise with student (counter service)• To provide and compile report information on company revenue, collection info appropriately and accurately.• Responsible in financial operations and function which include billing collection, update payment received from customer, issuance of receipt and generate daily collection• Responsible on outstanding debtor’s collections, bad debt follows up and reporting, Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) process• To prepare and verify total credit to graduate (TCG) calculation report for all student• Responsible on preparation on monthly & yearly financial closing and other ad-hoc report as request by superior• To undertake any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time• To manage and communicate on student complaints and other grievances• To prepare short course report by monthly and forecast
