Working in Telco Cloud Automation and Orchestration team who is responsible for designing, implementing and automate all processes related to provisioning and configuring NFV infrastructure.My Responsibilities include the following:- Develop Ansible playbooks and scripts to automate the provisioning of NFV Infrastructure in the telco cloud and cloud Environment based on vmware products using gitlab, Ansible, and some internal tools.- Develop Ansible playbooks to automate the configuration and the daily tasks in vmware environment which include vCenter, vSphere, vCloud Director, vRealize Log Insight, vRealize Operations Management, vRealize Orchestrator, NSX, Vmware Telco Cloud Automation using gitlab, Ansible, and some internal tools.- Working on develop ansible playbooks to automate the onboarding of VNF, and CNF applications.

Working in Telco Cloud Infrastructure Planning team who is responsible for planning and hosting mobile core Applications and some new other projects. My Responsibilities include the following:- Review HLD / LLD for the new projects and handover it to the operation team.- Review all our application designs to make sure all services are highly available, backuped and redundant.. - Review and propose enhancement for the Application designs and implementation to make sure from using the best enhancement technology like CPU Pinning , NUMA, Hugepages and SRIOV, which achieve the best performance for the application.- Review technical proposal & scope of work.- Review suggested BoQs by vendors and our presales team.- Implement the new projects in a pre-prod environment to test all functionality before going live.- Participate in new projects' implementation and guide the operation team through implementation on production. - Managing the cloud solution Infrastructure NFVI and MANO stack. - VNFs instantiation in pre-prod environment to test it before going live using Cisco network services orchestrator (NSO), Cisco Elastic Services Controller (ESC) and Cisco virtualized infrastructure manager (CVIM)- Working closely with the Execution and operation team to facilitate our work and go live faster.- Maintaining and agreeing on the VNF Lifecycle Process and procedure with the application vendors.- Working on a new project which will be implemented as a CNF instead of VNF using kubernetes customized by the vendor. - Network switching design and policy creation on Cisco ACI in cooperation with Cisco team. - writing scripts to report cloud resources utilization and automate any manual tasks.

As a part of orange cloud operation support team I'm responsible for:- Tier2 technical support responsible for issues handling and resolving customer incidents 24/7 via tickets and conference calls- Responsible for operating and maintaining our platform compute and storage services.- Handle urgent alarms of our platform infrastructure, and escalated from the L1 Proactive monitoring team.- Responsible for the complete handover process and validation from Build team to operation.- Perform Acceptance tests on the newly added/expanded Platform Services.- Responsible for checking healthy infrastructure and changing any unhealthy hardware resources. - Automate our daily work, and some basic/repeated troubleshooting steps by bash scripting.- Ensure completing a solid handover process with each new comer to our team and support him/her step by step.- Document knowledge received from our vendor and share it between my teammates- Handle our customers’ issues based on the agreed SLA, either we can resolve it ourselves or follow up with another responsible Orange team.- Provide a clear procedure for my colleagues on how to request an intervention on our data centers.- Monitor our customers' resources consistency between openstack, FusionCompute and FusionStorage systems.- Complete the new sites standard acceptance tests.- Following up with France, Singapore and Atlanta datacenter teams for handling any hardware issues or new components installation.- Adding all our compute and storage nodes to our hardware monitoring system “eSight”.- Connect the cloud components with the Operation Center, our central monitoring system.- Completing the cloud components regular upgrades on time for ex.: FusionSphere, FusionCompute, eBackup, IAM, VBS and ECS_UI.- Building FusionStorage and Anti-DDoS systems following our vendor installation guide.- Deploy new cloud services for ex: High Performance Computing pod and GPU Pass Through cluster.

As a part of the Aman technology operation team I'm responsible for:- Support our application ( Weblogic server - Redhat Fuse - SmartVista).- Troubleshooting problem on our Point of sale.- Write scripts to easily catch data from our logs to facilitate our troubleshooting. - Deploy new releases in frontend or backend applications. - Monitor our servers' resources and all our services. - Develop our monitoring system zabbix.- Write scripts to automate our repeated tasks. - Take backup and restore from our hardware backup solution, HP Data Protector.- Create backups and store it on tape library storage or hp-storeonce storage and schedule it .- Manage virtual machines hosted on ESXI, integrated with SAN storages, HP 3par storage and IBM flash system .- Develop a lot of new applications to improve our working environment and use new technology like Jira Service Desk for a ticketing system, rack table to document all infrastructure data, wiki for text documentation, plex to show our internal videos and share it and ldap for user authentication.

As a part of the HorizonTechs technical team I'm responsible for:- Linux system installation, configuration, administration, security hardening for new servers and advanced troubleshooting- Providing technical support via tickets, phone and email within the agreed SLA, and working with the data-centers- Creating, monitoring, and maintaining backup for servers, and ensuring that all backup systems are effectively, updated and secure.- Developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the system environments.- Participate in the overall security design and performance of the system/server’s environment.- Managing hosting solutions without Cpanel and also with Cpanel through WHM and cPanel dashboard.- Implementation and Managing of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.- Performance tuning for web solutions like HAProxy, Apache, Nginx and MySQL.- Security hardening, analyzing, preventing attacks and reducing security breaches.- Monitoring and maintaining a dedicated & VPS web hosting environment.- Automating tasks with bash and python.- Working with bulk mail solutions, installing, configuring and monitoring mail servers (Postfix, DKIM, SPF).- Installing, Configuring, Maintaining and developing backup solutions.- Data center operations, and Migration. - Data migration and synchronization.- Auditing on all tickets in the technical support department.- Other daily system administration tasks.- Web Servers and Caching (Apache, Nginx, PHP_FPM, Varnish).- Support and solve all customers' problems under the Linux hosting environment.- Servers monitoring with Nagios, Opsview, zabbix - Managing hosting solutions through WHM & cPanel.- MySQL optimization and analyze MySQL Slow Queries.
