I was responsible for Increasing sales, Footfall, customer engagement,customer loyality and promotional planning for under performing properties with 9 stores in Bahrain and was directly reporting to territory COO.We managed to achieve exceptional results in terms of footfall and sales and built 60 strategic tie ups with the other businesses for cross promotions and driving walkins.From July 17 till Feb 18 Led the operations of international brand division (New Look, koton, Lipsy London, Yours London) in Bahrain with 9 store having retail space of 36000 Sq ft and accountability of territory P&L. Developed the strategic Inventory plan to reduce aging stocks and minimized the losses.Developed store Managers on Commerciality and business decision making to increase store productivity.
