• Support the implementation of USAID SELARAS field activities and maintain excellent relations with all relevant stakeholders (Local Governments, NGOs, private sector, communities, etc.) working in Solid Waste Management sectors;• Contributes to the achievement of USAID SELARAS objectives at the local level by assisting in the development of district-level work plans (RKT/Rencana Kerja Tahunan), coordinating district-level activities, ensuring strong communications with the regional team members, and building trust between USAID SELARAS & local stakeholders and;• Works side by side with partners daily and represents the front line of the USAID SELARAS project.

Provided technical support to Indonesia and Australia Partnership in Infrastructure (KIAT) Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Infrastructure (GESIT) grantee organizations and help build their capacity to ensure quality outcomes in KIAT-GESIT Project implementation:• Assisted in the implementation of qualitative data collection of the labor force of persons with disabilities;• Organized participatory action research on inclusive public service accessibility and;• Mediated a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between persons with disabilities organizations and associations of entrepreneurs and private companies.

Community-based Sanitation Regular Program (SANIMAS REGULER):Initiated triggering and socialization of healthy sanitation in the community. Facilitated community meetings, organizations forming, documents and reports development, root causes determination, and conflicts management.• Contributed to increasing sanitation understanding and awareness through Clean and Healthy Living Behaviours Promotion for targeted communities.• Supported the provision of qualified, sustainable, and environmentally-friendly sanitation infrastructure and facilities following water resources and environment quality improvement needs.

Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Project (APIK):Liaised the project at the local level by assisting in the development of regional-level work plans, coordinating regional-level activities, ensuring strong communications with the APIK regional office and technical specialists, and generally building trust between APIK and local stakeholders. Worked side by side with APIK partners daily and represented the front line of the project.• Helped, drafted, and advised recommendations and inputs for local governments and the private sectors in strategic document preparation and decision-making.• Explained, taught, and trained Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation to local governments, communities, and local NGOs.• Collaborated with local government agencies to disseminate disaster preparedness and climate-related information for vulnerable groups (farmers, high school, and college students).• Arranged and organized Disaster Risk and Climate Change Vulnerability Assessments for local governments and communities.

JHPIEGO-EMAS (Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival) Muhammadiyah Project:Built community networks at the sub-district and district levels regarding maternal and neonatal. Formed social forums by involving local CSOs as advocacy media. Coordinated programs with related parties/stakeholders both Muhammadiyah internal and government by forming civic forums, socializing information on referral services for special health facilities for maternal and neonatal to the community, mobilizing community involvement and civil society organizations in civic forums, and mobilizing community participation in national insurance programs.• Taught service charter formulation for Emergency and Neonatal Service Facilities in District Hospital and Community Health Center.• Collaborated with the civic forum in the drafting process of Regent Regulation on Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health.• Collaborated with a civic forum to build the capacity of Mother and Child Health Motivators from Women's CSOs.• Arranged and organized periodic Civicus Index assessments for local CSOs.• Demonstrated relevant and reliable project financial statements, resulting in an "Employee of the Month" award in 2015.

Rural Community Development National Program (PNPM MPd):Facilitated communities (cadres or other actors in villages and sub-district) at every stage of the process, from socialization, planning, implementation, and preservation. Coordinated stakeholders in the working area. Helped community achieve the goal of one village-one plan-one budgeting.• Designed a Microsoft Excel-based application for Savings and Loans Management.• Trained, guided, and advised communities in the development processes at village & sub-district levels.
