I joined UBL (United Bank Limited) on 19th March 2007, as MIS Coordinator in Lahore Region. I am looking after the following duties:To assist the RRH by providing quality MIS covering all segments and areas of the region.Coordinate with shops for developing MIS of all products (Auto, Card, Cash line, Mortgages).To facilitate IT works regarding in the field of communication.Maintaining leave / attendance record for region staff.Coordinate with Training Coordinator and consolidate all training activity in the region. Also maintain training folder containing the following things :-Monthly Recovery Training scheduleTrainer Evaluation feedbackTraining schedule from UBL Training Centre To assist in hiring of contractual staff in terms of calling for interviews / docs completion etc.Filing of documents.Preparation of monthly capacity planning.Obtain analysis of all products from respective managers and consolidate.Maintaining productivity & effectiveness reports.Finalization of Incentive plan.Monthly updating of Organizational Structure and Infrastructure details. Handling the cash slip and cash.Handling of Legal cases (Documents and co-ordinate with Lawyer).
