-Iam working as Financial Controller for almost 20 (twenty) small projects related to Tanks, E&I, Manpower Supply, Manufacturing and Shutdowns, like Gasco and Takreer Shutdowns in Ruwais- Abu Dhabi. Being projects Financial Controller my key responsibilities are:-Preparation of monthly management accounts at the project level and to present it to the Management in Monthly Financial Review Meetings.-Prepare Project budgets, Latest Forecasts & Balance cost to complete.- Preparation of all the Projects Cash Flows on monthly basis.-Timely recovery of Client Invoices.-Monitoring of Vendors and employee payments.-Close coordination with other departments like: Planning, Administration and Commercial

-Preparation of monthly management accounts at the project level.-Finalization of budget, quaterly forecasts and balance cost to complete.-Project Monitoring, analysis for deviations i.e: Actual Revenue, Actual Cost & Actual Progress with reference to Budget/LF, highlight the trend and Variance analysis.-Monitor and control customer ageing as well as creditors ageing to ensure smooth operations of the company.-Monitoring of all kinds of payments i.e: Vendors, Salaries, Final settlements, Medical etc.

-Supervising the functioning of the Accounts department at the Corporate level for the maintenance,settlement and the finalization of the books of accounts on monthly basis.-Preparation and consolidation of Quaterly,Half yearly and full year Statutory accounts of the company and their presentation and approval from the Board of Directors.-Arrange,coordinate and supervise Statutory Audit of the company and its completion within the target dates.-Control and coordinate Audit of Overseas Business Areas of Descon.i.e: Abu Dhabi,Hamriya,Kuwait and Qatar -Present Management Letter before the Board of Directors alongwith the CFO and took appropriate/corrective actions as advised by the Board.-Control all types of Inter Business Area/ Associated companies transactions and resolve the disputed transactions if any.-Prepare/provide all types of details to our Corporate Affairs dept.for timely filing of Annual Tax Returns/Assessments etc.-Ensure compliance with the Statutory regulations like SECP.-Responsible for implementation of SAP-Finance and Controlling, Investment Management and Treasury Management Modules as a Power User.-Development and motivation of team.

-Control all the functions of Real Estate department including Construction & Repair&Maintenance of buildings,Legal and their Rent collection matters.-Preparation of monthly,quarterly and annual accounts.-Conduct & control Annual external audit and Commercial Audit of the Real Estate department/Zone.-Preparation of Annual Budgets of the department/Zone.
