The JIGCC WWTP receives waste water from Refinery & different sources of the plant - The WWTP is design by Veolia Water Technologies to treat the waste water through Biological treatment package, Tilted Plates Interceptor Package, API Separator Package & Metal Removal Package.Being a Mechanical Engineer the core responsibilities involves to support in the plant commissioning, Perform the plant start-up, Supervise the Operation & Maintenance of the Entire WWTP in coordination with Saudi Aramco Operation & Maintenance & Contractors Teams.Design daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance and lubrication programs for all critical items of machinery and equipment which is available at site or in workshop including:• Centrifugal pumps• Chemical dosing pumps• Valves (gate, globe, butterfly, ball, pinch, diaphragm, needle etc.)• Pressure vessels• Mixers• Rotary Gearbox Rig Machines• Rotary Gearbox Trench Wall Bauer Cutters BC32, BC40,• Generators• Descending (separation) Plants• Filter press• Disc filters• Submerged ultra-filtration membranes• Compressors• Blowers• Grouting plants• Anchor Stressing• Shot Crete pumpsDevelopment of all technical documentation required to execute field activities including inspections problem solving and Installation of work instructions, applicable permits and job hazards analysis. Involvement in the procurement of spare parts nationally or internationally, modification, maintenance and testing of various systems and components . Managed the workforce for the implementation of maintenance & Repair plans of the equipment and plant (more than 600 equipment’s) as a Maintenance engineer

Includes carrying out tests on equipment.• Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the equipment/project and execution including start-up• Daily equipment monitoring, calculations and reporting at daily basis• Material procurement and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.• Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of equipment• Responsible for ensuring smooth day-by-day operations, scheduling and technical support• Maintaining checklists of equipment and maintenance & repairing record of machinesProjects Successfully Completed as E&P In-charge:1. Management and maintenance of all type of rotating machinery, anchor machine cranes, diesel engines, compressors, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, vibro hammer, batching plants, excavators.Major project :1) 2 x 660 MW coal fired power plant at port Qasim KarachiThe project was located in the south of Karachi, Sindh Pakistan, which involve the construction of 8000 piles at port Qasim. Different types of machinery/equipment’s like Bauer Drilling Rigs, Sunward drilling rigs, Cranes, Excavator, Vibro hammer, batching plant, compressors and diesel generators are used to cast the piles. 2) 150 MW Pakistan Patrind hydropower project Muzafrabad.The project located in Muzafrabad Azad Kashmir, which involve the construction of 500 piles (Dia. 1200mm) and also construction of 400 anchors (Dia. 300mm). In which we used different types of machinery/equipment’s like Bauer drilling rigs, Cranes, Excavators, Grouting plants, Anchor drilling rigs, compressors Batching plant, Transit mixers, and diesel generators.
