- Assigned as assistant engineer to in the new development project for First Article (FA) to produce the Jouney LL Ant Ref Femoral Cutting Blockl use as instrument in the orthopaedics surgery.- Assigned to research and take data related to the fabrication process starting from the material preparation process up to the packaging part.- Successfully conducted a research process related to the problems and solutions that occurred during the fabrication process on the machine during the fabrication phase.- Supported the development of new production processes by estimating time requirements, preparing operation sheets, and collaborating on process enhancements based on product specifications.

- Operated and maintained machine CNC Lathe (Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 350-II 2-Axis) and CNC Milling machine 3-Axis.- Successfully implement the setup process in terms of preparation and installation such as cutting tool, tool holder. type of cutting tool for the work process and offset setup on the CNC Lathe machine.- Perform part quality inspection process using various measurement gauges and machines such as profile projector, height gauge, vernier calipher, micrometer, pin-gauge, thread gauge and depth gauge.- Carrying out the process of checking the condition of the machine in terms of maintenance by day based on the documentation that has been set, namely in terms of checking the level of lubrication oil, coolant level, axis alignment and ball screw, abnormal sound of back spindle and abnormal sound of main spindle.- Supported the manufacturing process on the CNC Milling 3-Axis machine with one of the activities that has been implemented is the dial process on the workpiece after clamping on the fixture.- Assigned to perform the troubleshooting process on the Mazak 3-Axis CNC Turning machine with modifications in terms of code instructions and feed rate.
