Project 1: Tracking of Flying Drone Using Two-Axis Gimbal • Designed and built a system to track a flying drone from the ground using a two-axis pan and tilt servo-based gimbal. • Employed a camera and Raspberry Pi 4 for real-time video processing and tracking. • Developed a custom algorithm using YOLOv8 to accurately detect and track the drone. • Integrated the gimbal with the Raspberry Pi to ensure smooth and precise adjustments for continuous tracking.2. Project 2: Ground Rover Development Using Pixhawk 2.4.8 • Developed a ground rover controlled by Pixhawk 2.4.8, utilizing Mission Planner and QGroundControl for mission planning. • Configured the rover to follow predefined waypoints autonomously. • Conducted field tests to validate the rover's performance and refine its navigation capabilities.3. Project 3: YOLOv5-Based Toy Car Detection and Following • Developed a robotic toy car equipped with a Raspberry Pi 4 and camera for visually tracking another robotic car. • Implemented YOLOv5 to detect the leading robotic car. • Developed an additional custom algorithm specifically for tracking and following the detected car Based on the Extracted Parameters of Yolov5. • Implemented a control system to ensure the follower car maintains a safe distance from the leader car.
