I was positioned in ammonia plant-II where I gained experiencein the followings.1. Installation, and commissioning of compressors, generators, firefighting system, chillers, and lights.2. Maintenance of motors, chillers, pumps and conveyers.3. Commissioned, and supervised LT panels, HT panels, bus trunking duct, and transformer’s installation during workshop extension project.4. Designed the single line diagram (SLD) and its load flow analysis (LFD) for workshop extension project using Power World Simulator(PWS).5. Commissioned of LT and HT cables laying in cable trenches and trays.6. Understanding of process flow diagram (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagram (P&IDs), and electrical wiring diagram of a facility.7. Understanding of single-phase, three-phase of induction as well synchronous machines.9. Addition of two pumps (P-971A Motor Driven, P-971B Diesel Driven of capacity 500M3/hr) as a stand by in Fire Water Network, and its incorporation in PLC-Siemens for automatic operations in case of steam driven P-971 failure to pressurize the water-lines for all time as an emergency response.10. Monitor daily operations and maintenance as per schedule and requirement with the coordination of operation department.11. Continuous coordination with the operation department in order to smooth-run of the facility.12. Participation in WHS representative meetings to review the work-procedures, ensuring the compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities to make the facility hazard-free.13. Participation in a scheduled meeting every Monday regarding the activities to carried out along the week.

Conducting the technical analysis and research in order to find the best feasible electrical solution in the view of being energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective.2. Planning and design the electrical systems including power demand and distribution, electrical drawing, lighting layouts, safety systems and transformer installations.3. To ensure the electrical designs and all installations are in compliance with relevant national electrical codes, regulations, and standards.4. Cable size calculations and its routing through out the facility, and breakers calculations as per load.5. Designing of single line diagram (SLD), and load flow analysis(LFD) to verify its reliability in a real-time.6. Testing and commissioning of the electrical systems to ensure its performance and functionality in the view of safety and reliability.7. On-Site supervision and management in order to make sure that all electrical installations comply with design specifications, quality requirements and high safety standards.8. Working closely with structural engineers, mechanical engineers and sub-contractors to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems with overall project requirements.9. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports to present to project manager, and attending the project review meetings.10. Preparing presentations on briefing the progress of the project to visitors, associated stakeholders, and managers.
