o Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards. (IAS)o Bank payments;o Vendor Aging analysis to identify the over-due balance for highlighting to the senior management for timely payment and resolution.o Reconciling customer balances as and when required;o Customer Aging analysis on monthly basis as required by Group Company as well as to be used in ECL (Expected Credit Loss) model to calculate customer provision required;o Preparing ad-hoc sales report as required by management (Sales per Category for the period, Sales to particular region/countries, Sales to particular customers etc.);o Preparing & Submitting monthly VAT return package to GAZT.o Providing trial balance reconciliation with VAT report.o Providing all the details, supporting and reconciliations to GAZT for VAT audit.o Opening & managing of LCs for import vendors, o Handling new loans, settlement / rollover of existing loans, and review of financial charges for the loanso Posting of recurring entries on monthly basis in SAP o Creating Asset master record in SAP and settlement of WIP/AUC assets to the relevant asset group upon completion. o Reviewing accrued expenses on monthly basis.o Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement for seven banks;o Preparation of Intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis (To identify the variances between sister companies and resolving on timely manner);o Preparing reconciliation for payroll expense against the payment.o Performing monthly closings activities in SAP (FICO Closing).o Performing standard cost run on Quarterly basis.o Inventory aging report as part of monthly closing activitieso Coordination with external auditors to suffice their requirements on quarterly as well as yearly basis.
