Over all Program Management that includes, program lead, project planning, monitor, and back stopping of ongoing projects in the region, emergency responses, new project development and representation of institution at multi-level as well as coordinated and liaison with donors.Terms of References:• Overall GBV Program lead, program management, GBV Program planning and implementation, human resource management, financial projections, for multiple projects of multiple donors. Beside the overall program management, contributing in organizational strategic planning and setting priorities.• To provide inputs in the development of GBV SOP for GBV actors and develop guidelines for GBV Social Behavior Change (SBC)• Carry out research based GBV studies and development tools for the research of GBV.• Responsible for program development, contribution in proposal development.• Lead GBV SC at the eastern region and report the outcomes to Protection Cluster• Coordinate activities of GBV SC via mapping 4Ws, and develop capacity building plans for GBVSC members.Achievements’:Project management, timely accomplishments of projects in line with scope of work, proposal and delivery indicators.Started single-phase 1 year piloted program and continued for 3 phases because of successful implementation of project phase-I.Lead, supervised and coordinated two implementing partner agencies in highly volatile and insecure provinces of eastern Afghanistan.Strong coordination with line ministry and authority (Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Women Affairs) and donors such as (UNFPA, PRM)Contributed in the development of capacity building plans in Gender Based Violence for Health staff, GBV key actors, and Community leadersSuccessfully managed to conduct training's for more than 2000 key workers including health staff, Key actors of GBV and Community elders

• Over all responsible for planning, implementation, managing, and leading of the Livelihood and Literacy Project in eastern region and also to assist the Gender based Violence project of BPRM in the eastern region.• To conduct meetings with the line ministries , directorates and Community groups for the implementation of the program• To supervise and provide technical support to the team within the framework of rights based approach and orient them on aims and objectives of the program.• To make spending plans for the entire program based on the budget given.• To train the staff in community mobilization for ensuring community participation and ownership and provide ongoing support and mentoring to practice these concepts;• To ensure all documents related to program are in use at field level, timely updated and that deadlines for submissions are met by field staff.• To compile quantitative and qualitative updated data and reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for submission to the Program Director.• To ensure that marginalized, disadvantage group of the program area are benefited by program activities;• To undertake the training need assessment of the staff and build their capacity.• To ensure that financial and administrative systems are in place and functionalized. • To facilitate visitors, donors and to provide any relevant information regarding program implementation in the field. • To coordinate, and establish links and build alliances with NGOs/Civil society Organizations to promote rights based agenda.• Maintain the budget given for the program

Under the direct Supervision of Program Manager I was responsible for the following Terms of References• Ensure to protect, promote, and consolidate the enjoyment of women’s human rights in collaboration of working closely with vulnerable women, CBOs and local partners• To support efforts to fully implement national and regional laws and international commitments that address gender inequality and discrimination; via capacity building of local key actors and awareness sessions to the most vulnerable communities especially Internally Displaced People • Build and support women networks that worked for reducing inequality and Gender Discrimination• Supporting local networks and community based organizations of men for gender equality movements• Assist in Research to analyze women's priority concerns and emergent trends in gender relations• Conduct monthly and quarterly basis awareness conferences on different issues such as Child Marriages, Dowry etc.• Refer women victims for health services, and legal assistance.• Compile reports, progress and other data of concern.
