- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock. • Generate the monitoring for each shippers and projects • Create process flow for monitoring system • Establish and maintain proper documentation & analytics for each shipper projects • Handle day to day for monitoring escalations.• Remind the driver there will be load and make sure the unit is empty• Monitoring shipment from loading to unloading• Ensure that the cargo carried by driver reach its destiny safely• Make a report if there are issue that occure in the field• Negotiate with multi stock-holders to resolve the issue• Responsible to E-POD confirmation

-Training Drivers from Clients' Legacy Transporters to use Driver App on the ground-Ensuring accurate data entry to driver app at driver / loading pool locations-Training Transporters on how to use Nexus for Transporter (NFT), on-site at the Transporter's office or shipment loading location.-Filling out product adoption weekly report from Driver App and NFT data points

- Responsible for Opening CIF ( Customer information File ) and accounts.- Serve the information needs of customers / prospective customers regarding product information- Responsible for conducting cash and non-cash transactions properly and correctly according to applicable procedures and implementing the service excellence principle in accordance with the stipulated SLA ( Service Level Agreement ).- Apply SLA ( Service Level Agreement ).• Make Reminder Calls on current customers, prior to maturity to maintain current performance to X branches

- Ensure the Smoothness and correctness of all operational and billing processes at branches.- Verify the transactions made by the Teller. - Verification of the correctness of billing by Marketing and Collectors. - Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on transaction and collection activities as well as the condition of branch facilities. - Transaction control and billing or branch flowrate for Current and X days buckets. - Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the office. Control of the holding post of the Branch.- Maintain CIF related to KYC conducted by Teller / Marketing.
