Job Description :- Manage and Control start until end process (starting from preparation until product shipped to Customer)- Monitoring quality and productivity on production- Manage and Create Supporting document for New Product & updated Revision. The documents of the customers include BOM (Bill of Material), AVL (Approved Vendor List) , MPN (Manufacturing Part Number), CPL (Component Part List), Customers Drawing, Manufacturing Specs, Process Flow and other supporting documents from Customer as guide for new project building.- Make all documents related to the Building Project accordance with Customer document as follows:PMP (Process Management Plan)SMT Process Instructions as working guidelines for the production operator in SMT areaHand Load Process Instructions as working guidelines for the production operator in Hand Load areaCut and Form Label as working guidelines for the production operator in Labels printedCut and Form Component as working guidelines for the production operator in cut and form component as per customer specsMake the machine parameters used in the production processCreate FAI (First Article Report) - Design Tooling JIG & Fixture for NPI (New Product Introduction) & Updated new revision and work with internal tooling team or supplier to fabricate.- Provides troubleshooting support for production related issues and alarms working directly with production team to identify the causes and implement effective solutions.- Manage End to End Yield and Continuous Improvement- Performed Failure analysis and Corrective Action for Line defect at production line and Returned Material from Customer- Supports Quality Engineering and Program Team with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.- Demonstrate advance operations, technical and people process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
