Carryingout Pre-Documentation work (Collecting Documents like Ulage Report, Stowage plan,5. Loading/unloading Plan, MSDS , Custom Clearance)Carrying ISGOTI-Safety Checks and discussing with the captain/Chief officer6. Arranging Loading arm connections & ensuring it safe connections..7 .For POL vessel: Lineup of Vessels, Giving Clearance to the Vesse ls for start-up Carrying Out Repetitive checks for Vessels as per ISGOTI once in 4 hrs. Conducting Safety talk and giving safety training to the workers at the jetty.8. Preparing the vessel related daily reports & monthly report. Ensuring at Jetty Nil spillage9.Reporting of Unsafe act, unsafe condition & Near Misses to the Location in charge.10.Ensiuringthat Pigging Operations has been carried out safely with all safety precautions (pig launching,pig trac ing,1Pig receiving)11. Ensiuring Pig has been received safely at the exchange pit.12 Coordinatingwith electrician and other BPCL vendor for the Electrical&. other maintenance work viz:1. Hydro testingof Cargo Hoses2. Hydro test ing of Dock lines3. Dock line Painting4. Ensuring safe welding,gas cutting and other erection work has been carried out13 Carrying Out Preventive maintenance work as per the schedule given by BPCL.14.Ensiuringthe housekeeping of jetty lby removing unwanted materials, used oils and other scraps.15.Ensiuringthe safe connections for fresh water and collecting the receipts as per the supply meter.16.Conducting The Loading Arm trail before every Loading Vessel berthing and ensuring it working condition. 17.After completion, collecting the Post documents from the vessel and ensuring ready to sail to the port.
