Manage Delivery Department, Manage MRS Department, and Stock Reports& Analysis, Complaints analysis, Supervise daily balance payments & BookingMIS.CS & DS Improvement plans, SSI & CSI Reports & Analysis, Facility Audit,Goodwill Budget, Marketing Strategies, Balance payments & Clearance ofdiscrepancies, Process Mapping, Transit Claims, Monitor Marketing & SpecialService Campaigns, and Training.

Facility Audit, Inspection, Surveys, record complaints & analysis, arrange meetings,training , Technical reports and Warranty claims. Maintain goodwill budget,KAIZEN team supervisor. Attend the quarterly basis meetings and audit onbehalf of IMC (Indus Motor Company).
