• Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, conduct testing, and manage the deployment process.• Customize Oracle ERP Finance modules to align with business processes and requirements.• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics within Oracle ERP Finance.• Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.• Work with stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize the use of Oracle ERP Finance functionalities.• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data within Oracle ERP Finance.• Implement data validation rules, reconciliation procedures, and periodic audits to maintain data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.• Implement and maintain security controls, access permissions, and segregation of duties within Oracle ERP Finance.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to data security and privacy.• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks, system configurations, and regular updates to Oracle ERP Finance modules.• Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solutions.• Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant, and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.• Provide user training to new users and retraining existing users on new functionalities.• Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.• Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities specific to your job role.• Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.

Responsible for implementing and support for Oracle Financial.Responsible for all kind of configurations / setups of new ledgers for multiple companies acquired by MTBC.Assist in designing, developing, testing and deploying customized Reports as per IFRS & GAAP requirements.Solving Report Quires (AP and AR Aging, Prepayment, Accrual, Fixed Asset Book) and match with Trial Balance and Account Analysis.Perform administrative tasks including custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus and user account provisioning.Testing errors at test instance to make relevant changes on Production.Conduct the End user training and also prepare Training Manual Document on new functionalities.Transformation of data from Data Loader to Oracle. Troubleshoot the application errors and work with Oracle support to resolve bugs or Functionality issues and maintain Oracle SR.
