 Negotiations with customer on commercial terms & conditions for order finalization & contracts management Monitoring of assigned credit limits of customer and arrange its enhancement in system Booking of sales order in SAP and issuance of Proforma Invoices of advance payment Assist in preparation of procurement plans of projects with other team members Arrange prequalification of customers and suppliers with company Issuance of purchase orders to suppliers via SAP Assist in review of commercial terms of supplier’s quotation against Request for Quotation (RFQ) and preparation of comparative statement Monitoring of incoming shipment deliveries status against purchase orders Review of Letter of Credit (L/C), bank contract and bank guarantee formats Verifying logistic documents against shipment from supplier i.e. Proforma invoice, delivery notes, packing list & bill of lading etc. Close coordination with import section for timely clearance of shipments and other related matters of landed cost of consignment Follow-up for issuance of Good Receipt Note (GRN) with respective section Verifying supplier bills and arrange their payment as per agreed terms Issuance of Sales Invoices in SAP and follow-up for trade receivables Arrangement of marine insurance and other documents for outbound shipments Analysis of cost controlling reports & profitability analysis with budgeted figures
