- Provide Compensation & Benefits analytical support to the Rewards Company.- Compile, analyze and recommend Compensation & Benefits solutions for the business, including annual salary review, performance review, ad-hoc adjustments, promotions, offer packages, counter-offer solutions, incentive scheme & bonus.- Coordinate & execute end-to-end Personnel Budget process, from planning to monitoring and execution- Facilitate MPP (Manpower Planning) process by getting inputs from People Partner, oversee consolidation, analysis, and reporting of annual personnel budget- Monitor and review personnel cost implementation from compensation perspective.- Create a Performance Management System such as Cycle, Method, tools, socialization, and calibration.- Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems, payroll, onboarding etc

- Design compensation packages and total rewards programs that align with the company’s strategic plan- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity- Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs- Keep track of prevailing pay rates to maintain competitive compensation plans- Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems- Design manuals and document data processing procedures

- Analyze current rewards and recognition programs to ensure they align with the company business strategy- Ensure rewards programs optimize the ability to attract, motivate and retain top talent- Calculate and summarize bonus implication and market adjustment estimation based on data gathered from the performance management system- Develop, analyze, implement, and review effective reward structure to ensure competitiveness against market- Execute, review and improve performance management system (such as goal setting and performance feedback form, peer review)- Creating a Performance Management System

- Create an insurance plan base on grading- Create a performance increment scheme from performance management results.- Create a bonus scheme- Participate in salary survey in order to review salary structure (Mercer)- Create a salary structure base on survey results- Create a recognition program.- Create and implement wellness programs- Create labor cost forecast base on Man Power Planning- Create an employee privilege program- Assist performance management  (OKR)- Conduct socialization to set up objective & Key result for each department

- Responsible to handle compensation and benefit operational transaction- Works with HR manager and hiring managers to determine and suggest the competitive salary package and recommend compensation benefit structure- Create and runs monthly and ad hoc compensations report/ salary journal- Prepare and implement employee salary administration and calculation of employee salary, incorporating overtime, deductions, bonus, insurance, and income tax to assist employee salary administration process- Processing monthly end to end Payroll, Tax, Benefits, Health Insurance, & BPJS (preparation, report, records) process- Responsible to register all employees in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan by SIPP Online, BPJS Kesehatan by Edabu, and Insurance life cycle management

- Do payroll administration ( Data maintenance, Salary calculation, Payment processing )- Handle social benefit administration, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan- PPH 21 Calculation- Social benefit center for clarification of unsolved issues

- Work collaboratively with seniors in preparation of payroll and benefits information data- Prepare payroll standard reports and applicable filing form- Handle & Maintenance Attendance software
