• Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office,• Responsible for maintaining personnel files and records and HR filing system,• Assist with employee relations, employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping,• Following all the legal issues of the staff concerning the issuing of work visas, Iqama, renewal of Iqama, etc.• Responsible of the Data Entry of the attendance sheet of the staff and their compliance to working hours and schedule.• Responsible of the data entry of all the staff request forms: Leave request, absence request, Exit-Reentry request, etc.• Responsible for monitoring and preparation of employees’ daily attendance.• Preparing, processing, and filing all day to day correspondence e.g. contracts of employment, salary certificates, references, end of probation reminders, starters and leaver’s notification.
