Over than 15 years have work experiences on Offshore and have been 4 years on Onshore Construction of Oil and Gas industries in the country and overseas. “Greenfield” and “brownfield” is a construction activity area such as Hook-Up and Pre-Commissioning, Existing Modification of Structural, Mechanical Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation that have been done. Responsible for running all or part of a construction on site with assisted by Discipline Supervisors and Work Leaders team. Performed duties within guidelines of health and environmental safety. Monitor all of workers to ensure timely and economic performance in accordance with company's requirements. Enforced safety standards and discipline on site, introduce changes whenever necessary, as subtle as possible, to avoid dis-routing from existing processes. Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work started.Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.As a leader of Construction activity on site, work team performance, attitude and high discipline in time are the priority thinks for pursue the target of the project. Especially in “shut down activity” in brownfield area when the schedule and work plan activity is something to be considered carefully. The readiness of “shut down activity” was prepared since starting of the project to achieve a specified time as per client requirement.Monitoring all of documentation progress of the project. Daily, weekly, monthly progress report for all work discipline up to as built drawing and mechanical completion certificate is also a responsibility that must be considered in the end of the project.
