This stage is one of the most exciting parts of the job, and I thoroughly enjoy it.Post-product-market fit, my focus shifts to preparing for growth—solidifying product positioning and planting the seeds for brand development. Alignment across teams is paramount at this stage, and I see it as the marketer’s role to lead that charge.Second, I never settle until I can see the full picture. Early-stage startups, with their complexity and ambiguity, have allowed this personal trait to shine.My journey began in SEO, dabbled in performance marketing, and later found a home in copywriting and content.
