Responsibilities; Prepare, and review technical documents, technical manuals, user guides, and other documents related to Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) platforms i.e., Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS), Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) System, Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) and field equipment Planning, design, installation, configuration of ITS equipment, including Signal Cabinets (BBUs), traffic signal lights, Signal Heads, urban traffic controllers, ANPR / LPR cameras, and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), ensuring compliance with drawings and technical specifications,  Planning, designing, installing, configuring, commissioning, and integrating IP Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Systems, Face Recognition Systems (FRS), Body Worn Cameras, Police Response Vehicle Surveillance Systems, 4G LTE Cameras, emergency alert systems, public address systems, audio IoT based sensors,, Elevator, Attendance Management System, and real-time gunshot detection system Supervise the operation and maintenance teams to optimize traffic signal phasing and timing plans according to the traffic flow of all traffic signals at intersections in the city. Design CCTV layouts, and prepare design drawings outlining Field of View (FOV) to ensure precise camera installation, placement, and coverage of targeted areas for number plate capturing.  Support the preparation of RFP, technical evaluation of bids, BOQ, cost estimation, and tendering process for the surveillance systems and ITS Systems.  Prepare maintenance schedules, manage field and warehouse inventory, conduct site audits, and oversee relevant maintenance tasks. Managed the team of subcontractors, technicians, and fiber splicers for the daily operation and maintenance of the ITS systems.  Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities,  Collaborate with the deployment team to install, configure, and integrate Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), encompassing VMS, RLMS, JTMS and associated devices such as urban traffic signal controllers, power cabinets, ANPR cameras, speed radars, storage devices, and Video Vehicle Detectors (VVD) cards. Supervised corrective and preventive maintenance of traffic signal components, including controllers, detectors, and communication devices, ensuring seamless connectivity to the main data center. Install, configure, and troubleshoot IVMS (Intelligent Video Management System) sites, including static cameras, PTZ cameras, panic buttons, microphones, speakers, environmental sensors, and fisheye cameras. Configure and install telecommunications and networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, phones, and Wi-Fi access points, to support seamless connectivity within the system. Perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Site Integration Tests (SIT), site audits, snag removal activities, and functionality tests for both ITS and IVMS sites, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients and end-users, empowering them to effectively operate and maintain CCTV systems for optimal performance. Supervised the fiber optic splicing team in splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optic cables to ensure the live status of the field infrastructure. Maintain accurate records of operation and maintenance activities, documenting all equipment installations, maintenance procedures, repairs, and relevant reports, and share them with management on a regular basis.

My responsibilities included; Installation, operation and maintenance of the Troubleshot ITS devices such as CCTV, DMS, LPR, and access points todiagnose and resolve issues, ensuring optimal device performance Maintained and supervised the fiber optic network, including testing and splicing, to ensure reliable connectivity across ITSsystems. Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing earthing (grounding) system activities to guarantee equipment safetyand the protection of electrical systems Lead a team of technicians and fiber splicer for the uplink of the ITS devices to maintain the connectivity with the main controlcenter. Troubleshot and resolved technical issues with ITS equipment to maintain smooth motorway operations.
