Achievements1- Revise a PLC to speed up machine processing to reduce from 50 seconds to 40 seconds, resulting in increasing of products approximately 30K units per year (equivalent RM 6 milions/per year).2- Prevented defect products caused by operators pushing the alarm’s reset button to resume production without finding the root cause first. By installing interlock and PLC at the machine, operator will not be able to blindly reset the alarm until the supervisor come to oversee the problems occured.

Achievements1- Reduced man power by design a new machine that converts operation from manual to fully automatic using PLC named automatic rewinder. Approximate 600 hours per year saved. (Estimation RM 4000 per year).2- Installed digital counter at moving parts to monitor the service due.3- Line expansion – Setting up for new machine from 1 line to 15 lines in 2 years. 1 line consists of 3 process, first, middle and final process with 25 machines per line. Total production increased 150% in 2 years.

1- Generated data from signal tower consists of 2G, 3G, and 4G and analyze the data to make sure the data collected achieved the target speed. 2G up to 250kbps, 3G up to 3Mbps and 4G up to 100Mbps.2- Carried out live optimization if the target speed do not achieved. Achievements1- My team successfully completed optimization projects at Johor Bharu for a few new signal towers ahead of schedule.

1- Designed and optimized traffic light in urban networks based on microscopic traffic predictions with combination of MATLAB software (GUI), Micro-controller and Arduino controller as an user interface.Achievements1- Successfully published the journal for the project participated in Innovate Malaysia Design Competition.
