- After 6 months probation I manage to get confirmation in service after satisfactory performance- Execute marketing strategies to promote and develop new customer base for Auto Financing/Hire Purchase product- Process the Auto Financing applications and ensure it process accordingly to the agreed StandardService Level Agreement- Manage to achieve individual sales target- Maintaining Bank customer relationship- Build good connection with Sales Advisor and build rapport with dealer- Complete all the document from client and submit their Hire Purchase financing application for process the hire purchase financing- Do a chekcing client CCRIS and CTOS record- Maintain a good relationship with customer and Bank client- Give a services to car dealers/sales advisor and guide them what hire purchase product suite for the customer that need hire purchase financing- Manage to complete customer documentation before submit hire purchase financing and after hire purchase financing approve- Manage to complete customer documentation to processing side, compliance side and disburstment side.- Achieve the personal sales target set by the Bank- KYC customer within Bank guideline

- Manage Excel data of branch performance report- Learned excel skills such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT CHART,PIVOT TABLE, AUTOSUM, and data compile- Sharpen, learned and use Microsoft Excel- Sharpen, learned and use Microsoft Power Point- Sharpen, learned and use Microsoft Word- Data entry and paperwork research- Get my first exprience in banking industry
