JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead, manage and assign task for daily routine to Contingent Worker and give training to execute operational order• Follow-up issue during GYATT meeting from shift Lab Technician on system failure, hardware problem or test program bug/bin issue after VPO execution• Oversee process flow, monitoring yield produce from equipment and improve machine down time• Perform screening test/debug/maintenance on hardware and software whenever encounter failure from GEDI• Responsible for setting up new equipment, trouble shooting, monitoring, upgrading parts and maintenance on lab complex tools including ATE machinery, handler with PNP mechanism and Camera Vision System• Responsible to perform IC-Tester calibration, Operating System upgrade and Image setup• Perform DOE to determine collateral damage to find root cause and validate tool condition before release per BKM given• Work closely with PDE on Test Program issue during IC testing and provide timely support• Regular interaction and follow-ups with another Intel team especially during software upgrade or new application• Make sure lab need to maintain 5S and cleanliness during every shiftAchievement• Start-up new NPI product for class test operation/validation (MTLP/MTLS) – 2022/2023• 6Shot assembly, verification and validation (3 machines) - 2022• Support PPV & CMV installation project – 2021• Start-up class test for new NPI product (TGL) - 2020• Support operation project for HVM product for KBL/CFL - 2019• Centralization project for machine relocation at PG7 - 2019• Support 4 building site which is Intel Penang PG7, PG8, PG12 and Intel Kulim KM5 – 2017/2018
