Key Accountability Areas- Under the general direction of the Room Division Manager, the Room Division Assistant Manager will responsible for the supervision of the day operation of the accommodation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction to all guest and maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development.Leading Room Operations Team- Verifies that goals are being translated to the team as they related to guest tracking and productivity.- Create sand nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous developmentand a passion for providing service.- Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and developing game plans to attack meed areas and expand on the strength.- Participate in the meetings, training and development and planning activities relevant to work area.- Verifies that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the front office, Housekeeping, Reservation and Maintenance department.- Supervise and assist mstafg with knowledge and experience in key hotel operation fundamentals and maintains product and service quality standards.- Lead by example demostrating self-confident, energy and enthusiasm.- Assist employees in understanding guest's ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them.Managing Property Rooms Operations Functions- Responsible for managing the execution of all operations in the room area departments.- Publishes all guest results satisfaction in a timely fashion including all guest satisfactio forms, comment card and guest letter.- Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concerns.- Ensure cleanliness standard are maintained.-

Home management of around 200 homes in a assigned/area.o Ensuring great guest experience at the properties in the portfolio.o Repair and maintenance/ pest control and handling guest escalationso Being physically present to perform check-in and check-out of guesto Auditing the front office matters and infra health of the propertyo Collect payments from guest during check-in and submit at the officeo Conducting audits of the homes before selling home OTA Platform and long leasetenants.o Keep updating and escalating to AFOM/ Group Operations Manager on any incidents,issues or reportso Collaborate with Building Management for operation incidents.
