Site Engineer (Execution)April 2009 to December 2010.Descon Engineering Pvt Ltd— Bhikki, PunjabWorked as Site Engineer on 225MW Bhikki power project plant installation & commissioning, consist of two gas turbines(GE Frame 6FA+e) & one stream turbine(GENP SC-26) each of 75MW capacity.• Plan, coordinate, direct programs & tasks by directly involving with the team but influencing the entire plant construction.• Followed through with competent execution of the project planes by providing proper tools & equipment to all construction personnel. • Installation of Gas turbine (6FA+e), Steam Turbine (SC-26) and all related equipment of turbine according to GE drawings. Alignment of all the rotary equipment. • Erection of interconnection and off base piping, hydro testing, oil flushing according to the standards.• Monitor the safety of all contraction activities, making on-site personnel safety the top priority. • Commissioning of Gas Turbines along with GE TAs.• Erection of 110TPH HRSG, lead the team for the erection of Equipment and off base and interconnection piping.• Commissioning of the plant with GE O&M and EPC team.
