Roles and Responsibilities: Programing using PowerMILL, PowerSHAPE, Mastercam, Solidwork & Manual G & M Codes:-o CNC Milling (With 4 axis)o CNC Turning Product designing and machining using PowerShape, Solidwork Software.  Supervise / lead the second shift crew of four persons and delegate the tasks. Interpret drawings and plan work in proper operational sequence on multi-cut jobs. Edit programs for three and four axis CNC machines. Train the helpers, assistants and trainee staff. Detect and report malfunctions and out-of-tolerance machining. In-process quality inspection of Parts to comply with customer specification and applicable ISO standards.
