As a brief introduction, I gained the first 5 years of work experience in the same organization (ABN AMRO, RBS to Faysal Bank) as Product Manager in Unsecured Assets. During this time I have looked at almost all aspects of a cards business for e.g. Card Launches, Alliances, Customer Services & Issue Management, Process and Controls, Sales& Acquisition, Spend Campaigns, Compliance to name a few. For a short span of 4 months, I was working for the Cards Sales Force as Area Sales Manager South over looking a team of 16 Personal Banking Consultants. Since Oct 2011, I was working in the Corporate Communications Department and was responsible for launching and building the brand persona of the bank. Faysal Banks "Bank on Ambition" campaign being the key deliverable. Along with this I was responsible for Marketing & Branding for the Wealth Management Portfolio which include Bancassurance and Solitaire Priority Banking for Faysal Bank. Then I joined Indus TV Network as Senior Business Development Manager for a period of 3 months to move onto becoming an acting Marketing Head at Samba Bank in Dec 2012. Taking care of all aspects pertaining to Marketing & Advertising for a 28 branch network nationwide. March 2014, I chose to switch industry and move to FMCG sector by joining Engro Food Limited as BDM for Key Accounts in their pilot project “Mabrook” Fresh Dairy brand. January 2015, I was given the opportunity to take on their flagship brand "Olpers" in trade category. Exactly 3 years later I got yet another opportunity to become self employed in the agricultural sector. Initiated a pilot project as a partner of poultry farming with a retail front end with the brand "ChickInn". All responsibilities pertaining to Head of Sales and Marketing were under taken in this role.Due to covid19 along with the economic and political unrest in the country I decided to join the corporate world again as AVP insurance sales for TPL Group. From my past experiences I have gained persuasive techniques that are needed to influence stakeholders, my leadership skills have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations of all age groups and take important business decisions. Teamwork is another skill that I have acquired and having done that is critical for organizations growth and cohesiveness. Over the years I have learned to be an aggressive business manager who thrives in a challenging environment.
