• Oversee day to day facility management services i.e. allocate housekeeping staff shifts, inventory management through ERP system, pest control management, fitness centre security etc. in accordance with the annual maintenance Contracts (AMC’s);• Conduct monthly quality control audits, prepare inspection reports and submit all relevant documentation to HQ for verification and invoicing by finance department; • Review service contracts and inventory supplies, ensure HSE policies and procedures implementation as per Curefit SOP’s and draft quarterly & annual OKR reports. • Ensure that FM & HK staff follow 100% compliance in grooming, appearance, uniform and ensure no complaints from CX & Quality team during monthly quality inspection/audit;• Work alongside projects department and fit-out contractors during the construction of curefit centres and report to the management on the development of the project.• In-charge for pre mobilization, event set up and post event dismantling for curefit’s offline activation events.• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.• Ensure the stock matching every with center and warehouse.
