Operational• Control all production activities in line with annual budget targets to meet the market requirements.• Supervise the Departmental Managers to ensure efficient operations of the factory and upkeep and maintenance of plant, Machinery and Stores.• To ensure that continued efforts are made by all concerned to minimize wastage and production time losses.• Ensure that the required Management information reports and returns are forwarded to the Head Office in time.SYSTME REPSONSIBILITIES• To verify quality of work being carried out by the Departments within the Factory.• To verify that approved procedures are adopted within department and that any necessary complementary procedures are established, implemented, reviewed and updated as required.• To ensure that all staff members are adequately qualified and experienced in their relevant technical discipline to perform the duties of their position in satisfactory manner.• To ensure that all staff members familiar with company procedures and have ready access to them.Details of works are: -Colors Pigments development worksColor mixing and PMC / Materials Handling works.Injection Moulding Machines Production (PE / GPPS / ABS / HIPS /PP etc )Single and twin screw Extruders Production, (RIGID / SOFT PVC / PVC PREMIX / HI/ ABS Materials)Vacuum/Thermoforming Machines Production (ABS/HI)Granules making work ( PVC/ABS etc)Hot stamping worksScreen Printing worksRejection and Material Crushing work Departmental Preventive / Annual Maintenance works etc
