Restructuring of job outsourcing system and bring improvement to minimize Company exposure.• Finalization of Company’s manning in accordance to requirement of each function.• Managing Medical facilities for all the employees (Hospitalization) involving dealing the InsuranceCompany.• Supervising all matters related to management & non‐management staff including Payroll.
