 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Monitoring the procurement process and taking corrective measures when needed, ensuring regular communication with Medical, Logistics, HR and Finance departments regarding Medical Supply and Pharmacy Management. Ensure appropriate storage and management of supply of narcotic and psychotropic medication with respect to national legislation and permit traceability for these specific products. Support the Medical Focal Person regarding the follow-up of EPREP planning and maintenance of medical emergency kits Support the Medical Focal Person in order to ensure local medical purchases are made from approved sources, subject to approval of Section Pharmacist Participate in definition of strategies for supply, management , distribution and use of medical products in the project.  In consultation with mission Pharmacist and MFP, ensures respect for good distribution practices. Monitor the availability of medical products in the project as to avoid stock out and financial losses by expired items. Responsible for good distribution practices for pharmaceutical products and good dispensing practices in the end user units. Promotion and contribution to rational drug use. Participation in collaboration with Hep.c expats MDs to pharmacovigilance for new drugs use. Function as technical Pharmacy support regarding all questions related to pharmaceutical information, medication use (protocols and rational drug use), management of side effects, adherence issues etc Responsible for follow-up of loans/donations and management of expired medications according to MSF procedures (and national legislation in case of expired drugs)

 Dispensing Drugs to different out door patients on prescription. Inventory control in different departments. Reviewing and processing physician orders for accurate therapeutic doses. Positive interventions in prescriptions. Ensure timely delivery of medication to nursing units and patients. Communicating and reporting different problems regarding medicines to supervisor. Keeping check over control items and cold chain i.e vaccines ,immunoglobulin, ARVs , narcotics etc.  Monitoring lab reports for proper indication of antibiotics, drug-drug interaction, duplication of same class etc. Accurate and timely completion of expiry drug list. Working in 24 hours Shift
