Project Engineer for a Villa Compound for MSCEB Engineers and Consultants

Coordinate with the Clients (Yokogawa, MOW, BNET etc.) to ensure proper completion of projects awarded to the company. Ensure completion of snag items and handover the project/works in the utmost standard and requisites of the clients.

Day to day Management of a new B+G+3 construction site, along with overseeing the final touches of my previous G+12 residential tower with the same company.I also provide technical assistance for other projects, and for office management.

Project Management: Assist planning, monitoring and controlling design and other activities in all stages of new and ongoing projects. Prepare technical and financial proposals for Projects. Prepare Company Prequalification documents for government and private entities.

Project Engineer for the construction of G+12 Residential flat. My role included management of Materials, Staffs, Labours' etc. I was incharge of planning and scheduling of works and to coordinate between the staff, and report instances of managerial concern at the right moment.Also, I was in charge of finishing and other completion tasks.
