• To develop, implement and monitor the organization's OHS Plan which includes the organization's OHS Policy, Programs, and Procedures• To identify the applicable laws, regulations and/or customer requirements concerning Occupational Health & Safety and to ensure the organization is complying with the same• Establishing and driving objectives thereby ensuring that all reasonable and adequate measures are taken to protect the health and safety of the workers and staff within the organization• To identify and arrange required Occupational Health & Safety training programs for relevant employees of the organization based on legal requirements and/or customer requirements• To increase Occupational Health & Safety awareness at all levels within the organization• To investigate and report on all incidents (including near-misses, dangerous occurrences, accidents, ) that may occur within the organization or on site, and to assist in the investigation of the same• To respond to employees' or customers' safety concerns as and when raised• To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspections of all activities of the organization, including office environment, accommodation facilities, sites, warehouses, etc.• To prepare and implement the organization's Emergency Action plans and procedures, including response to fire or first aid situations for all areas of the organization, including sites, offices, accommodation, warehouse.• To ensure that Risk Assessments / Environmental Impact assessments are carried out for the organization's high risk or major activities• To arrange for medical / physical fitness evaluations of the employees of the organization• To liaise with any governmental or labor inspectors with respect to Occupational Health & Safety matters• To report to the organization's senior management on the performance in terms of Occupational Health & Safety• To assume other duties as may be assigned pertaining to Occupational Health & Safety

I am working on various projects (TP Nokia, CM Pak, Tawal pakistan, Engro Enfrashare and Edot Co pakistan) as a Health and Safety Engineer at Mobiserve•Deliver toolbox talks to the employees regardingtheir health and safety.•To conduct various surveys includingErgonomics and Personal Protective Equipment'sfor better health of employees and effectivelyusage of Personal Protective Equipment's.• Inspecting and maintaining all PPE's &firefighting equipment's at the premises.•Ensure and inspect Personnel ProtectiveEquipment's such as face masks, safety glasses,footwear and safety helmet is being used in workplaces according to regulations.• Inspecting the entire work site on a continuousbasis, making on the spot corrections of unsafeacts of the workmen and taking suitable steps toeliminate all the unsafe conditions.• Implement the work permit system for variousactivities.• To conduct risk assessment.• Coordinate and participate in the investigationof accidents and near misses.• Develop Procedures for proper implementationof Compliance Policies.•Prepare Employees Monthly Safety DataAnalysis.• Coordinate with department heads forimplementation of HSE and Security systems.• Update the Corrective Action Plan andCompany's Improvement Plan of the facilityrespectively.
