Commissioning Engineer
Current Creating and proposing test procedures that ensure the proper working of equipment and machinery. Providing documentation to inform the suggested test procedures. Direct and participate in the execution of tests to verify that systems and components meet design specifications and functional requirements. Compiling data from these tests and producing evidence to prove that equipment passes mandatory assessments and meets regulation requirements. Identify and document any defects or issues discovered during testing, and work with relevant teams to address and resolve these issues. Working with other engineers or site staff to carry out tests and repairs. Ensuring safe working conditions for everyone involved in the testing and assessment of site machinery and equipment. Compiling data from testing and commissioning from L1 to L5 Maintain thorough documentation of all testing and commissioning activities, including test results, issues, and resolutions. Maintaining the test sheet records for tests conducted in Project. EQP & Cables identification labelling, tagging. On-site testing of Busbar Distribution System EQP prior to Installation as per SOPs provided by Vendor. Performing room by room survey for all Electrical activities & Demonstration for same. Preparation of EQP tag list. Preparation of Master CX punch list. Communicate with clients or Uptime institute to address concerns and obtain approvals when necessary.
