(Spectrum, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, BER) Installed, commissioned, and tested TERRASAT, AdvanTech, GDSATCOM and other systems Installed, commissioned, and tested iDirect and Heights systems across C, Ku, and Ka bands. Troubleshoot and resolve data center issues, including power outages and network connectivity. Ensured 24/7 transmission of services including iDirect, Hughes, and Comtech RF sections.. Troubleshot telecom systems and electrical panels. Performed regular inspections of earth station operations to ensure optimal performance.NOC Engineer Continuously monitor network infrastructure, systems, and applications for performance, errors, and security breaches. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, outages, and errors in a timely and efficient manner. Manage and coordinate incident response, including notification, escalation, andresolution. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on network infrastructure and systems. Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and customer support, to ensure network uptime and availability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve NOC operations.
