My key responsibilities and achievements include:- Thermal and Process Design:Conducted detailed thermal and process design using KED-PPSD software, contributing to successful project proposals and winning contracts.- Proposal and RFQ Generation: Generated RFQs for critical components such as pumps, valves, and PSVs. Developed comprehensive technical data sheets for projects, including: - JDW WHRB 35 TPH, 45 Barg, and 450°C Superheated Steam (contract awarded) - Fatima Fertilizer HRSG 45 TPH, 42 Barg 380 C Superheated Steam - ADNOC 2x 4 TPH, 6.5 Barg Superheated Steam Boilers - Indus Hospital Boilers of 10 TPH, 10 Barg- After-Sales and Commissioning Support: Provided technical assistance during after-sales and commissioning phases, including: - Thermal efficiency calculations and flow meter troubleshooting for a 7 TPH, 10 Barg FTB - Troubleshooting and pump replacement for BULLESHAH PACKAGING's 8 TPH, 18 Barg FTB- Detail Engineering: Played a key role in the detailed engineering of the JDW Boiler 35 TPH, 45 Barg, 450°C superheated steam WHRB. This included: - Thermal modeling using KED-PPSD - Engineering calculations and vendor quote evaluations for BFW pumps and burnersThis experience has honed my skills in thermal design, process engineering, and project management, preparing me for future challenges in the field of chemical engineering and beyond.
