**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**• Efficiently planning and executing audit engagements and additional assignments to meet strict deadlines, including overseeing, coaching, and inspiring team members.• Supervising, assessing, and finalizing assurance engagements, encompassing the preparation of deliverables and resolution of audit discrepancies identified during fieldwork, and making prompt decisions on significant issues.• Guaranteeing adherence to technical standards' requirements, including compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), for audit engagements.• Cultivating and nurturing professional client relationships to fulfill engagement expectations effectively.• Directing multiple engagement teams across the execution and conclusion phases, encompassing comprehensive review of performed work.• Participating in business development endeavors, such as crafting and presenting business proposals.• Ensuring alignment of financial reporting with both international standards and local legislation.• Assessing and interpreting organizational financial statements using diverse methodologies to evaluate their condition.• Conducting statutory and internal audits employing a risk-based audit strategy.• Enforcing compliance with corporate governance codes.• Ensuring tax compliance, preparing tax accounts, appeal documents, and correspondence with tax authorities.• Conducting bookkeeping using various software solutions and ensuring punctual reporting to senior management.
