Am mechanical Engineer also doing MBA.I am also css aspirant and mentor as well.But i did couple of jobs related to Customer Support and in this field i have lot of experience at least 3 years and above.I did lot of jobs as CSR in International Projects like Uber, walmart, weatern union , Final expenses etc as a call Support agent or Email chat Support agent.I wish to grow my Career in this field.I am Muhammad Kaleem basically from Multan but living in lahore with my Family.I did Mechanical Engineering from COMSATS sahiwal.With my studies i did my first job about Customer Support Representatives in STARTUP COWORKS Multan.I was in Call Support Programme there and this project is US based project about final Expenses.This project develope interest about customer support in me and i decided to grow my future in this sector.Afterthat as per my interest i started my new job in MIT,Here i worked 6 months as a call support agent and later,i was selected as a Trainer for this project in the same office.This Project is about sales.We had to sell solar system for American Company MORGAGE. For the growth of my Career i shifted to Lahore and started my new Job in MINDBRIDGE Lahore in Uber Eats Project as Customer Support Representatives as E-Mail chat support. I was Promoted many times in MINDBRIDGE and worked on various Designation, Like live operations, live chat, quality Auditor ,but due to some personel issue i wont be able to continue this job and now am looking something favourable opportunity for me for the sake of my Career.I also did Mechanical Engineering jobs too.I like cricket and football in support.Leo Messi is my Favourite player.I enjoy to watch Hollywood Movies.I can speak many Languages Like Urdu,English,Punjabi,Saraiki fluently.I also have experience of remote jobs.
