A customized ERP in educations domain to manage all day to day operations of an educational group has been implemented to achieve the organizations objectives. This ERP has many modules that includes Finance, HR, Campus Management, Payroll, Attendance, Assets Management, Publications, Test Papers Generation, LMS, Parent Mobile/Web Portals, Transport, and Website development/maintenance. All these systems need to be up and running as all transactions specially Fee/Admission/Student Attendance are critical and real time. In addition to the software, establishment of data center infrastructure & its management, database backups and training/support of all these software was my responsibility.To provide all these services to UGI & its partners and sell these solutions to other education providers in the town, we have established a sister concern software company of UGI i.e. Cyber Intelligent Solutions (CIS) www.cyberisol.com. CIS is a member company of PSEB having 60+ staff members is providing both onshore & offshore services to its clients in web development, mobile app development and graphic designing services as well as resource outsourcing along with sales and customer support departments. I have built its cross functional teams and established all process and procedures. Role: System Analysis & Design, Team supervision, Support and software engineering activitiesUltra Trade Trading System’s support and enhancement, LSE, the first automated and second largest stock exchange of Pakistan, has a complex stock trading system comprising of various high performing distributed server components inter connected by high speed TCP/IP library. It is a highly scalable system and also provides trading platform for Islamabad Stock Exchange. At the same it also interacts in real time with systems of CDC (central share repository), NCCPL (shares clearing) and Karachi Stock Exchange for data sharing. Continues support and enhancement is required to cater the business needs. LSE has also implemented the system at Karachi Stock Exchange, NCCPL and Ghana Stock Exchange.
