Pharma Service have two main Departments,1-Pharma2-LabMy responsiblities are given below. System & ERP/ Accounts Administration• Analyze all data from previous tally software and give all useful data to our vender company.• Compile all customers, Suppliers data of previous system, rectify mistakes if found for new ERP System.• Compile all chart of accounts data of previous system, rectify duplicate chart of accounts.• Compile all products data of previous system, and make correction of Item Code, Lot Number, Ref Number and Expiry date of all items of Pharma and Lab department.• Manage all warehouse related work, related to logistic, Invoice and Distributations. • Plan & conduct trainings for users for new ERP software.• Assists in budgeting for IT expenses, including the purchase of new hardware and software.
