• Working as Team Leader, Supervising Sales & Development team for generating Nutraful Fertilizers sales order. • Supervision of Agro-Chemical sales through Sugar Mills & Dealer network.• Training of Agronomist and Field Officers on Crops Production Technologies and an effective sales call to generate orders.• Direct Sales to Govt. Institutions and Big farmers/NGOs. • Conduct demos of Nutraful Fertilizers in comparison with standard fertilizers in collaboration with Sugar Industry at farmers’ fields, research stations of the area and Sugar Mills farms.• Ensure presence in all progressive sugar mill groups.• Represent Nutraful and JASPL Brands at technical forums of Sugar Industry• Coordination with RMs for follow up on generated sales to sugar mills and its consumption.• Monitor and visit Nutraful Trials / Demos with Sugar Industry and Corporate farms with complete record and reporting.• Collaborate with Sugar Industry for the training of Cane Staff & Farmers on Nutraful fertilizer technology. Hold meetings, seminars and field days at various crop growth stages to demonstrate the impact of Nutraful.• Analyze, synthesize and report the demo results to the farmers, Govt Officials / Sugar mills and JASPL Sales team.• Conduct Nutraful FAS (Field Advisory Service) with target farmers.

• Supervising the entire field team. • To Develop the CANE area while conducting effective field activities.• Working on to Increase per acre yield of Sugarcane which is very low in comparison of national yield.• Development of self-Farms which is about 200 acres is also the prime responsibility.• Inputs loaning to growers and its recovery. Since November 2014 increased the quantum of loaning 150%.• Cane Procurements as per allocated target and area assigned.
