Reporting directly to security manager for day to day security & safety operations. These operations included direct control of 97 security officers. Overall supervision of security operations including planning, task allocation, preparation of policies and procedures, incident prevention, access control, evacuation, emergency management etc. I was solely responsible for the establishment of fire safety department with the induction of inhouse fire brigade and Medic First Aid services by having high profile fire safety and paramedic crew. My responsibilities included preparation of work policies for hot works, electrical, mechanical and civil works. I was also responsible for the preparation of HSSE procedures and checklists for the construction sites.

Reporting directly to security manager which included supervising different teams of security officers in construction sites, shopping centres, hyper markets, entertainment facilities. My direct responsibility of handling international events & exhibitions enhanced my security management skills, which ultimately accomplished me in achieving set targets required for the success of entire security department.
