Current* Coordinate with branches regarding the target achievement of CA & SA.* Made follow up with Islamic windows for target achievement of Islamic deposits.* Coordinate with branches and guide them for earning better KPI Score* Helping in Organizing annual business plan of the branches on liability side.* Coordinate with branches for opening of maximum new relationships.* Monitoring / Handling different campaigns of HBL ID, Haryali, Money Club, Asaan Account etc.* Review business MIS & provide statistical support to the branches for achievement of goals.* Monitoring business performance of RMs* Monitoring Hajj Campaign.* Monitoring Debit Card business of region.* Conduct Area Manager's / RM's monthly Meeting.* Monitoring Investment sales business of Region.* Prepare Power point presentations for all meetings held in Region.
