Prepare and print statements for all customers based on the issued invoice.3. Check and verify the accuracy of amount of statement of each customer with the invoice issued.4. All verified and correct statements are sending via fax or personal delivery to respective customers.5. Issued Official Receipt to customer who pay their statements.6. Encoding of all paid receivable check in respective Accounts (customer) in the computer Accounting system.7. Encode daily sales report of shops in Accounting Program.8. Encode purchased stocks in Accounting Program.9. Prepare sales reports of respective shops based on the encoded daily sales using MICROSOFT EXCEL program.10. Received incoming and outgoing calls from customer.11. Filing of all invoice and reports to respective files.12. Audit and check Daily stock available on hand basing on stock reports in the main shop.13. Conduct audit and monthly inventory checkup of all stocks in the branch shop of the company.14. Submit result of the audit and checkup reports to concerned department for proper disposal.
