  Voucher Handling. Petty Cash Handling. Reconciliation of General Ledger. Verification of Bills. Preparation of Cost Sheets (Monthly / Half Yearly and Yearly Basis). Maintain stock as per production plan and inventory level policy. Prepare purchase requisition for required materials. Liaison with procurement department to meet delivery schedule. Receive the materials according to delivery challan, make sure that the materials are checked and approved by QA. Physical stock taking for annual audit purpose. Operate and supervise the computerized store system. Timely data entry of material and finished goods and reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to Factory Manager and other concerned departments on regular basis. Prepare Production Plan, forecast and execute.
