REGULAR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES::~ Continually monitor and implement best practices and efficiencies in warehouse operations:~Overlook of warehouse (F.G , PM & Promo):~Monitor quantity and quality KPI for the receipt & issuance materials. Support inventory management reconciling and maintaining of inventory by ERP.:~Cost reduction through development according to modern warehouse techniques:~Ensure to process orders/allocation by its Shelf life, FIFO/FEFO ,:~Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics (Shipping, packing& printing) :~Overlook of systematic & floor work and define process flow as per Standard of (SOP's & CGMP), Implement Environmental Health and Safty ,implementing sustainable strategies, :~Inventory control through monthly/Weekly stock count ensure shelf life and Batch wise.:~Prepared monthly performance report and cross check dead stock for the Removal or utilization.:~Implement sound communication with motivational techniques to monitor, and control subordinates performance. :~Develop & maintain productive staff through effective by training.:~Staff management, plane and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems:~Encourage & support colleagues in developing confidence, capability and responsibility in order to overcome difficulties, achieve goals and realize full potential:~Responsible for overseeing a warehouse Shipping & Receiving and associated records.:~Develop mechanisms of transparency to ensure that all receipts and dispatches are properly documented, including any damages or shortages.:~Proceed daily basis of Distributor & Export Orders & allocation , Dispatch plane etc, ensuring accuracy of shipments,:~Any special task assign by management,:~W.H Representative of Internal and External Auditor:~Investigate all claim’s (FGS & PROMO):~Cross check of every out wards Documentations,:~Get to know customers, talking to them and listening to their feedback.

Planning, coordinating and directing a combination of supply, warehousing, transport and distribution functions including: inventory control, transportation, distribution and storage. Ensure all customer orders are processed and executed as per client's requirements.
